Financing For Homeowners:
We offer financing of up to $45,000 for each renovation through our business partner, Enerbank. If interested in low monthly payments over 12 months, 60 months, or more, please let us know. All financing is subject to credit approval and some financing options include additional fees. For qualified applicants, the approval process takes approximately 10 minutes over the phone.
Financing For Community Associations:
Your capital improvement project may be eligible for financing through Lakeland Bank, an experienced community association lender for capital improvement projects. Please contact Beth Johns at the Montville Office, 973-882-1983, for more details.

12-Month Same-As-Cash Loan
6.99% APR 5-Yr Loan

Minimum loan amounts apply. Interest starts accruing when funds are disbursed. Interest is waived if repaid in 9 months from first disbursement. Open line period payments due 90 days after origination and monthly thereafter during open line period. When open line period ends, the balance becomes a fixed rate installment loan; repayment terms vary from 21 to 129 months. Actual loan term may be shorter if less than the full approved amount of credit is used. First monthly loan payment due 30 days from the end of the open line.
